deal with incomplete and/or multiple NMEA sentences from recv() #14

If you don't believe we need to prepare for the case when recv() returns a buffer with more than 1 NMEA sentence or the last sentence in the buffer is incomplete, then we should discuss it here instead of in https://github.com/Openvario/variod/pull/13

It's easier (for me) to keep track of all the discussions that may arise.
