theme looks different from video #1

I downloaded the theme, however, unlike in the video it is not blue but lilac and green as the odoo v9 enterprise theme, and it only transformed the top menu, while the side menu and the forms still look as in the old odoo v8 or v9 community edition. What am I missing?

Ah, found out that the correct link to download is https://github.com/Openworx/themes/tree/8.0/dodgerblue_backend_theme
