There are duplicate donations coming through in Stripe.
I suspect that this is a user interface issue. I think when someone clicks the button to donate, it takes a moment to send the data to the server and get a confirmation. I think in that time the user clicks again and that results in another charge
I think the best way to address this is to make some animation when someone clicks "donate" that gives better indication that it works and will take a moment. I think the best behavior is: when the user clicks "donate" it immediately triggers removing the donate button from page and a loading gif appears
