Add Copy: Military Status in registration workflow #770

Feature request

Please add the following paragraph to the Military Status component in the registration workflow. Add everything but the quotation marks.

Proposed solution

"We welcome anyone to join Operation Code! But many of our services are only for veterans or spouses."

Suggest: Please note that many... instead of starting a sentence with But.
