This list in not complete. Need help revising.

Should this be contained within another file?
Need help correcting names
Some members who didn't take poll are missing from teams
Should include links to individual GitHubs or leave that for CONTRIBUTORS file?

I think this can be left up in the channel and not something set in stone. Roles will change, people will try new things. So not sure we really need it in the repo at all.
