Removes all Forest admin gem code #331

Description of changes

Removes all forest admin related code, as we are now using ActiveAdmin.

Issue Resolved

Fixes #323

It seems like I did everything exactly except for the deletion on the secrets.yml part. I guess I need to re-setup my local env.
