Description of changes

Adds rails-erd to allow creating graph of app models
Adds rake task and config to generate model graph automatically during setup
Adds documentation on testing the app and tools used in testing

Issue Resolved

Addresses part of #411

Thats a good point about not committing the image I hadn't realized, definitely don't need to have it in the repo since it's generated on setup. As for the spelling... there's an elementary school teacher I should have listened to more somewhere. 😬
