Why is this feature being added?

With the upcoming release of discourse I'd like to move the Operation Code Challenge to the frontend so it doesn't rely on a slack account.

What should your feature do?

Remove the menu item and text for the opcode challenge

This is blocked until operationcode/operationcode_frontend#301 has been completed
