Update Techstars copy in timeline #1020

Description of changes

  1. Update copy on the /history page from that in the first image to that in the second image. Actual copy changes can be referenced on the new lines 69-72 in this file.
  2. Linting changes on pre-push hook updated the formatting of the file touched.
