What is the current behavior?

https://operationcode.org/code_schools this link has a url to add a code school. OLD: http://operationcode-pyback.us-east-1.elasticbeanstalk.com/new_school

What is the expected behavior?

CORRECT: http://pyback-lb-197482116.us-east-2.elb.amazonaws.com/forms/codeschool INCORRECT: image CORRECT: image
