Write a script for a 2-person "How To Contribute" video

Why is this feature being added?

In addition to #518, Operation Code could attract more volunteers by creating an easy-to-follow video outlining the project, it's structure, starting a development environment, and resolving issues.

What should your feature do?

This issue can be resolved with a PR of a markdown file scripting a video involving two people skimming and walking through CONTRIBUTING.md live. In addition to OS credit, resolution of this issue will lead to the contributor's GitHub username being given a shout out at the end of said video.

Constraints:

• Keep video length to under 5 minutes.
• Describe every topic listed on and below this link
• Script out a demo of setting up the development environment and editing the codebase. We'll find an issue for this once we film, but for now you can reference the code we change in the script as CODE_CHANGE_HERE.

@elbaumpj placement script answer: Tell him he can upload it to the repository as SCRIPT.md so that he can rightfully earn contribution metrics - even though it’s not code.
