Fix/ donation link fixed #914

Description of changes

Moved the donate link to a common file url (except for trigroup since this will be changing soon). import the url now instead of dealing with finding all locations.

Issue Resolved

Fixes #907

The Codeclimate check isn't passing because

Function renderNavContents has 28 lines of code (exceeds 25 allowed). Consider refactoring

in header.js. Is this something we need to fix?

@ksmacleod99 codeclimate is annoying for front-end. I don't know who reactivated it, but we deactivated it before, and now I have the power do so again...
