Why is this feature being added?

This school has just been approved to accept the Gi Bill so trying to help get the word out.

@dearhakeemdavis Thanks for offering - but the process of adding code schools is mainly back-end work. I'm closing this issue and opening one in our back-end repo: https://github.com/OperationCode/operationcode_backend/issues/298
