Donation links are broken on FAQ page

What is the current behavior?

Originally reported by @kmugrage in Slack - the link for donations on https://operationcode.org/faq is broken in a few places (redirects to a 404/error page).

What is the expected behavior?

Clicking the link should send the user to https://donorbox.org/operationcode, same as when a user clicks the 'Donate' link in the nav at the top of the page.

What steps did you take to get this behavior?

Navigate to https://operationcode.org/faq and click on the various questions to expand them. Several donation links redirect to the 404/error page.
