Update /team page to match updated organizational structure

Why is this feature being added?

We've recently had some changes to our organizational structure. Conrad Hollomon will be taking over as CEO, and David Molina will be taking over as Board Chairman. See https://operation-code.slack.com/archives/C03GSNF6X/p1526522524000038

Per additional Slack discussion in #oc-projects, I've already updated the following roles in the Admin Dashboard:

• David: Founder & Board Chairman
• Conrad: CEO & Board Director
• Dr. James Davis: Vice Chairman

Also, the following personnel are no longer on the board: Dr. Stacy Chin, Dr. Tyrone Grandison, Liza Rodewald

What should your feature do?

There are some more front-end updates that will be needed for https://operationcode.org/team:

• [x] Add the former board members to the 'Founding Board Members' list in the front-end
• [x] ~Prevent the former board member team cards from displaying on the front-end. A super-admin will need to remove these board members from the DB, but this will be a quick-fix for now.~ (not needed, they've been removed from the DB via Admin Panel)
• [x] Conrad Hollomon's team card should now display in both the Board and Executive staff section.
• [x] David Molina's team card should only display on the Board section.

• [x] Since David Molina is now Board Chairman, the team cards should be sorted so his card displays first (before the Vice Chairman).

Also add David Marchante as Mentor Coordinator since you already have an issue open.

We can also change "Executive Staff" to just "Staff."
