Description of changes

Add three former board members to the 'Founding Board Members' list: Dr. Tyrone Grandison, Dr. Stacy Chin, Liza Rodewald
Conrad Hollomon's team card now displays in both the Board and Executive Staff groups
- David Molina's team card now only displays on the Board group
- Since David Molina is now Board Chairman, the Board group team cards should be sorted so his card displays first (before the Vice Chairman)

@kylemh Please hold off on merging, I have another change and some cleanup to add tonight (see issue comments from Conrad). Will ping you when done.

@kylemh or @ksmacleod99 This is ready for review/merge, I've pushed up the last two changes for this.

@ksmacleod99 He's been removed from Staff by one of the Super Admins via the Admin Dashboard, thanks for the update.
