No Sign In Option after Signing Out #565

As a visitor, when I sign out, there is no obvious way to sign back in. There is only an option to "Join", which throws an "account exists" error if you try to re-enter your information. It should provide a sign in option.

This is correct but going to mark this as wontfix as we're going through a redesign and this will be applicable anymore.
