Add donorbox button (#571) #600

Update donate button to a single option.

@rickr Yes, I can. Other than removing those files, is everything else good to go?

@rickr The Donate and dump.rdb files have been removed.

@hollomancer - can you confirm donorbox is setup and ready to go for prod?

@rickr I still have to make the changes regarding the menu and removing the icon.

@hollomancer So you would like the blue rectangle to be a link similar to the blog link?

Agree. We might actually want to make it look like the Join button on the right so it draws a bit more attention but I'm fine either way.

Can you also remove the heart icon to the left of the 'Donate' text?

@hollomancer @rickr Thanks guys for the feedback! I'll be making those changes today. I'm assuming that donate button should look the same on mobile too.

@ver2point0 some more minor feedback. Can you please: [ ] Move the donate button to the right so it's next to join (Order would be ... BLOG | DONATE | JOIN) [ ] Change the Join button's color to #B23900

@rickr @hollomancer DONE: the donate button is in the order blog | donate | join and the join button has its background-color changed to #B23900.

Looks awesome. Great job on the quick turnaround as well.
