Add Nick to staff #728

On the staff page, add Nick Krzemienski.

Nick is a US Marine veteran and full stack mobile engineer. He is the founder of Koda Labs (http://kodalabs.com), a boutique mobile development studio. He is volunteering his time to help out and jumpstart our Deploy program.
