Would this work with Near, and how can I get Near on PS TV?

I don't get your question: I don't see why Near needs camera... In addition, even on the PS Vita, Sony stops Near support 1 year ago.

How would I get Near on PS TV, like I got PS3 Remote Play, and Welcome Park on PS TV?
