Create Changelog of the pipe and docs for using it with the new pipemanager

Also, It would be great to include a nice GIF at the README of the PipeRTManager that shows the UI, if possible. :)

Hey @OmriKaduri,

We have started working on this issue. I hope that we will finish by tomorrow, we need to fix an integration bug between the pipe manager and the UI in order to also include a nice GIF.

I agree with that approach, but I prefer that the first time will be covering all the important updates.

I have created a new branch - changelog with the changelog.md file. @MayoG - have a look on that and add extra information if needed @DorTruzman - please add your gif to the readme.md file and edit the changelog.md if you have something to add or change about the UI.
