有点恶心，现在哪个平台能看apng？

UWP上估计得带个ffmpeg，有点蛋疼

EhViewer 开启加载原图后可以看 网页端设置原图后用支持 apng 的浏览器可以看 iOS 的客户端没试过，估计不行
