Update for compatibility with MongoDB Node.JS Driver v3.x and fix critical security vulnerability #267

Tested with Node.js v10.7.0 (not compatible with 0.10 and 0.12, so CI build fails)

Shouldn't this been already merged? Travis failing because of mocha, please @kazfukuda also fix .traxis.yml

seems it was fixed in travis, can this be merged ?
