First of all, absolutely love this program - it is my favorite app for reading on my PC, at least epubs (and as others pointed out, would love to be able to also manage PDFs in this app too).
But one issue I have run into, it seems for epubs with math equations, the rendering isn't right and makes it very difficult to read.
e.g. in AquileReader (even with the experimental feature of using the book's fonts [the original fonts packaged with the book] as well as the Enhanced rendering option):
whereas it should look like the following (e.g. via https://epub-reader.online/# the below is how it gets rendered):
If there was a way to get that fixed that would be wonderful.
