Could you add a page count for the entirety of the book please? #120

It would be very nice to have a page count for the entire book. This reader already has a chapter page count feature, might as well add one for the whole book.

And if it is possible to make paragraph spacing smaller, it would be great.

Closed it by mistake. It would be nice to make the spacing between paragraphs smaller here. New Bitmap Image
