Translation defaults to spanish #169

I am currently reading a book and need to translate quite a bit, but the translation always defaults to Spanish. My computer is not set to Spanish (it is set to German) and I would like to either have it translate to German or English without every time having to go through the list of all languages to pick said two languages. Preferably I would like to set it once somewhere or at least have it under recents.

Yes! I have the same problem! It would be great to solve it!

Same here! Also would appreciate more dictionaries, in particular, en - ukrainian or en - russian.

Thanks for fixing! Also, this small notification "Translation tone" sometimes overlaps the translation itself, if possible, please remove it or move to another place
