Aquile Reader windows app stops working and then abruptly shuts down on its own when I am reading. My account is premium. yet I'm facing this issue please help me fix this problem.

This app just shuts down, most times won't even open, and when it finally does open, it shuts down when I try to open my book. I've uninstalled many times. IRRAZ
