Broken rendering with: "De Koran" #32

I have a rather great epub version of the Koran, with both english and arabic pages. The rendering of the epub is completely off, text and images appear outside of the margins, quite unreadable.

This looks like will need some involved debugging, will come to it after addressing the other issues.
