Text selection: Context menu doesn't appear if cursor is not above selected text #52

When selecting text with the mouse cursor, the context menu will only appear if your mouse cursor is above the selected text when you let go of the mouse button. For example, if I select text up to the end of a line, but have my mouse cursor in the margins (where there's no text) when I let go of the mouse button, the context menu does not appear.

We know about this, but the stack rank is slightly lower compared to other feature enhancement and bugs. Will update once this gets committed.
