This is a feature request for a user-configurable toggle in the Reader Settings screen to enable or disable the clickable areas of the reader interface that performs page flips.
The purpose of this toggle to enable or disable those clickable areas is for touch-screen tablet devices (like the Microsoft Surface line of products) where page flips can already be executed via a swipe gesture. When these devices are used in tablet mode and the entire screen is held by hand, the narrow bezels of the screen could result in inadvertent screen touches leading to unintentional page flips.
By having this toggle that is configurable by the user, the clickable areas could be disabled and prevent accidental touches leading to unintentional page flips, while still allowing the user to flip pages by swipe gestures.

Thanks.
