Is Tensorflow required? #11

Is Tensorflow required to use the package? I mainly use PyTorch, but it seems like the installation is not properly completed without Tensorflow installed. Apple M1 computers don't seem to have the smoothest Tensorflow installations.

This issue has been addressed in version 1.1.9rc3. Tensorflow is not required in the future releases.
