Add performance of augmented system solves to our output #27

Right now, we don't output any performance behavior of our augmented system solves. This makes it difficult to determine whether or no we've implemented our preconditioners properly. As such, we need to out information about how many iterations we took and the error we achieve during our augmented systems solves.

Added on commit 8bcfa5909d13989c05e7f2693b81c8ac355a56d9, but there were some bugs. I think they were all fixed by commit 39fd94c8678233082411f44a461f955196ff78e8.
