iiNet auto-detection failing in some cases #34

It couldn't detect my ISP (iinet) when I had address 203.217.90.81. I 
reconnected and got 124.148.147.249 and now it's auto-detecting.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get IP address like 203.217.90.81 on iiNet
2. Attempt auto-detect ISP in Steam Limiter
3. Note how ISP doesn't detect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I got a message stating it couldn't detect the ISP, and all Steam traffic was 
blocked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.1.0 / Win7-64
