US: Visual cues for answers selection #180

PREREQUISITES:

  1. the design of the icon are created and imported

GODOT UI:

  1. assign to each answer the correct cue icons, if any
  2. display in the terminal the icons related to the answer

BOUNDARIES:

  1. What this task handles is the implementation of the icon in godot
  2. What this task does not handle is the design of the icons

OUTCOMES:

  1. The icons are displayed when needed beside the answer
