Duplicate Request error is not displaying when we are removing Query Parameter values #408

1.Create REST service with the manadatory fields 2.Create one RR pair with the JSON and add one more RR pair 3.Enter RR pair like step2 and Enter Query Parameter and value 4.Remove values in Query Parameter and its value 5.Click on “Publish”

            Actual Result : Not displaying “Duplicate Request Error”. It should display “Duplicate Request Error”

Comment:Also need to fix this issue in update service page duplicate-6
