Rest Client Obs4: Request Headers are not displaying when we are trying to remove existing methods #591

Try to delete all the methods in the rest client

Actual Result : Not displaying content header fields

This is fixed. Now user won't be able to delete last tab. There would be atleast one tab present at a time. This fix will be available after next pull request merge.
