A couple of minor changes to the previous addition to the formats system.
Use original instead of default or def
docker and dotnet are specifically added to the github outputs but not all keys, especially not keys that collide with main outputs.
Added major_minor format
Prefix is only needed when formatting in the post hook not outputting for github.
