lftp: 4.6.4 => 4.7.5 #245

A working version modified from Entware-ng lftp (license: GPLv2).

I've got an OpenSSL variant version working, as well. But I don't see any variants in the make files, so I'm not sure it's useful to the project.

Meh... not for me.

Entware-ng was using it, so I created a build for it. But, ubuntu uses GnuTLS.

I think it may be a philosophical licensing issue, primarily. BSD vs LGPL. Here's an SSL comparison@.
