libcurl: security update 7.55.0 => 7.58.0; powerpc patch obsolete #264

Almost certainly requires rebuilding packages that depend on libcurl as it looks like a bunch of #define magic changed, hence the shared library version changed (libcurl.so.4.4.0 => libcurl.so.4.5.0).

Thanks. Merged. I also bumped ipk versions of packages that contain binaries linked with libcurl.
