updating to 9.4.2 (i left BACULA_IPK_VERSION untouched since no other modification than the version was done)

Hi. Please change BACULA_IPK_VERSION to 1. Whenever bumping upstream version, ipk version should be reset to 1, since it's the first binary release of this upstream version.
