Irssi sripting support? #47

Does the Irssi build for this project support scripts? I ask because the Entware build doesn't appear to.

The Entware build always disables perl support:

The Optware-ng build conditionally supports perl scripting, i.e., it's enabled if the perl package isn't broken in some way:

The build looks out-of-date. I'll submit a PR.
