View VAT Returns box number correction. #25

The vat box 4 on the View VAT Returns has the wrong box number this needs to be changed to 4 from 2.

  1. VAT due in this period on acquisitions from other EC Member States

This also needs to be checked on other versions this issue is currently present on V10.
