Cannot 'Send for Review' a nonconformance report.

Error is:

Analysis must be performed before submiting to approval.

Even though it looks like I've done the analysis (note that Analysis By and Analysis Date are read-only):

I wonder if the Causes associated with it have to be analysed too?

After ticking the following in a user's access rights, the user was able to complete the analysis so the nonconformity could be sent for review:

• Viewer
• User
• Approving User
• Auditor
• Manager

Because the button for completing the analysis is 'Approve', I guess it was 'Approving User' that enabled that functionality, but need to confirm this.

Yes, it's the 'Approving User' permission that needs to be set in order to complete the audit and enable Send for Review to work.

p.s. with that permission an 'Approve' button appears on the Causes & Analysis tab, and it's that button you need to press. It sets the Analysis Date, which is what's checked for nullness when performing 'Send for Review'.
