Description

This PR adds the npm start script to the project, allowing the Next.js application to be started easily.

Summary of Changes

Added a start script to the package.json file in the nextjs_app directory.
The start script runs the Next.js application using the next start command.

Please review and merge this PR to enable running the Next.js application with the npm start command.

Fixes #8.
