Hello,

I was looking for the data and model that, according to the paper 'Optimizing PCR Using Machine Learning' (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.12.455589v1.full.pdf), should be available at the following address (https://github.com/Oradroc/PCR_ML_model).

I would be really interested in learning how to use this model to help with some projects in our lab, so anything you can provide would be great.

Hello,

I am excited that you would like to implement this to aid some of your projects! I have just made the repository public, so you should be able to access it. I am currently making this more user friendly, so you may want to wait a week to use it, but I would be more than happy to help you get started if you would like to use it immediately. I would love your feedback!
