ExtensionApi Improvements #959

Improved SignalApi (disconect and connect is now done through a single function)
added two new signals to animationtimeline namely animation_started(farward: bool) and animation_finished
a small improvement to debug messages (it can now also tell the Api which the un-removed action belongs to)
some minor renaming here and there
