Test & Package tab dissapears after installing Tibar module #21

When extracting the Tibar zip file into /Library/Application Support/Titanium 
and then restarting Titanium Developer, the "Test & Package" tab is missing.  
Only deleting the entire modules directory fixes this problem (after TD 
downloads the missing files).

Titanium Mobile SDK: 1.6.1 & 1.7.0
Titanium Developer: 1.2.2
XCode: 3.2.5
