Ludus range inventory disable #224

This is to disable the localuser account for Ludus once the range is setup, this is useful for users deploying the NHA lab and to prevent an easy way to the box

in my opinion, we should modify https://github.com/Orange-Cyberdefense/GOAD/blob/main/ansible/disable_vagrant.yml to make it generic instead of adding another recipe to disable user.
