GOAD lab proxmox setup error

Hi everyone,

I followed the Install with Proxmox guide and encouter this error when I'm running the ansible:

Are the DNS server you are pushing in the inventories.yml have the posibility to resolve to real domains? I had to change mine to 1.1.1.1 cause NuGet needs to be downloaded from the web.

I tried doing this, but im also getting the same error, in the same place.

Ill see if I can get it working and then update here. Ive tried Mayfly and other proxmox GOAD guides, and still get stuck at this

Sorry for the late update,

I have resolved the issue. It was caused by not adding inbound and outbound rules to the VLAN interface in the pfSense firewall settings.

Yeah its definitely a firewall issue, even though i thought I did everything correctly. Not sure where yet personally, as I just allowed everything through (prob not a great idea) and it worked.

If anyone in the future comes across this, try allowing all traffic on all interfaces temporarily (if you safely can), to see if its also a firewall issue.

I definitely think the Firewall part of the guide needs to be updated (probably just adding pics of all firewall rules for all interfaces), as I felt I followed the firewall portions of the guides closely, and i see others are having issues as well.
