Back to top component in v5 - add an overflow to small pages #765

On boosted V5 when using back-to-top top on page that are smaller than the view port, it add an extra spacing at the bottom of the page

@Lausselloic, @julien-deramond : we spoke about this issue during the last daily meeting. It's not really a bug. The back-to-top button is at the right position (just under the fold). It's possiblre to customise this position using CSS variables. Moreover there is no need to use a back-to-top button if the content of the page is too small.

Should we close this issue?
